ROLES
• Daily support for SAP and JDA users related to Inventory and store replenishment
• Handle Change Requests and business as usual tickets
• Minor system upgrade/migration aligned to Corporate Systems
• Work with SAP and JDA Central Team
• System Integration Parameters and interfaces
• Vendor Management, invoice verification, purchasing and basic warehouse/plant management
• Change request resolution and tickets troubleshooting
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Knowledge in SAP (FICO)
• Knowledge in Application configuration management, migration,
• Can navigate within SAP Systems (Production, UAT)
• Material master data, vendor master data, purchasing functionality and invoicing
• Basic user account management (Password reset, unlock)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree holder
• With 2 to 3 IT Years of professional experience in Pharma Retail
• Knowledgeable in System Development Life Cycle and Change Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferable with Project Management education
• With good business and system analysis skills
