IT Recruiter will undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to pre-screening candidates and closing hires. Its responsibilities include sourcing and connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers. Experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels is a plus.
As a generalist, one will support the business as the responsible HR contact point giving advice in human resources-related activities and questions which includes supports planning long-term human resource needs and competence development; managing compensation and benefits programs locally, and maintaining human resource information systems. HR Generalists are advocates for the company and may also act as the official employer representative towards employee representatives. Act as a contact point to business management and employees. Advices and shares knowledge and experience within the HR area.
Works together with the HR team to develop, improve and implement processes and procedures within the area of responsibility.
