Job Description
End to End recruitment activity & Driving placement process and support
Sourcing and qualifying potential candidates for technical aptitude and soft skills
Managing candidate tracking in our database
Providing summary write-ups on candidate submissions to Account Manage
Preparing resume submissions to clients; coordinating and scheduling interviews
Gathering feedback and de-brief candidates after interviews
Extending offers to potential hires and close
Competency:
At least 2 Years of working experience in Technical Recruitment
Strong IT Staff Augmentation experience is required
Must have Prior experience in staff augmentation from consulting firm is desired
Experience working in a fast-paced environment is desired
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to multi-task and handling multiple projects at the same time
Capability to handle many open contract requirements at any point of time
