JOB SUMMARY
People Team (HR) is responsible for People at Inspectorio, aka Inspectorians! Our mission is to make Inspectorio a unique place to work, a place where Inspectorians feel welcome, connected, recognized, motivated, empowered, and one where Inspectorians are growing and developing everyday.
As a unique place to work, we are looking for unique talents in multiple countries around the world to expand our team, and we want you to be part of this exciting journey via your local Recruiting expertise. As a contracted Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end Hiring process in your local country. You will have the Autonomy to suggest and apply your initiatives during the process. You will have the flexibility to manage your daily working time, and the opportunity to earn significant compensation (Base Salary + Commission) based on successful output and results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with in-house Recruiters and Hiring Managers to clearly understand Job Descriptions, Job Requirements of opening positions and develop effecting Recruiting strategies in respective local country.
Actively and creatively sourcing candidates on various channels like LinkedIn, professional/social media forums, career fairs, partnership, networking events or any other creative methods to locate qualified candidates.
Coordinate with Hiring Panel/Department Heads to facilitate Interview rounds, Offer Creation and Negotiation to hire the right talent.
Provide regular status updates to in-house Recruiting team and Hiring Managers on recruitment for open positions.
Nurture candidate's experience effectively during the whole process
Fully utilize our application tracking system
Requirements
At least 3 year's experience in Hiring/Recruitment in IT/Tech industry.
Fluent in English is a MUST
Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.
Tech-savvy
Organized and have an eye for detail.
Open mindset, hunger for new knowledge and experiences.
Great service mindset and good sense of people/emotional intelligence.
Able to manage expectations with the hiring managers is a plus
