About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Product Development team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role:
Creation, maintenance, optimization and execution of automation test scripts.
Script solutions are required to be scalable, high performant, maintainable and meet high quality standards
Participate in peer reviews of test scripts to ensure adherence to development standards. This will include both manual and automated scripts.
Produces individual QA status reports.
Supports and maintains the defect management process.
Adhere to and support standard QA procedures and methodology
Development of testing and automation best practices
Work closely with members of the test team (manual and automation)
Work closely with members of the development team
Communicate and report on assigned tasks
Take responsibility and exhibit ownership of assigned automation tasks
About You:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or similar discipline (Master of Business Administration or equivalent preferred)
3+ years' experience in Java
3+ years' experience in functional automation testing specific role
3+ years programming experience in Selenium/IDE Eclipse/Maven framework
Experience with Bitbucket/GitHub an advantage
ISTQB Software Certification
3+ years in a Financial Services led company with knowledge of Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Custody or Hedge Fund Services industry
Strong background in QA processes, the Software Development Lifecycle and methodologies
Experience with various Automation Frameworks
Experience in delivering large, enterprise sized projects in diverse industries
Self-motivated, innovative and analytical with strong attention to detail
Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies
Strong sense of responsibility and service minded attitude
Organized, accurate and self-motivated
Think creatively and propose options/solutions to challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in a global team environment
