They should possess knowledge of quality assurance testing tools - Responsible for reviewing requirements, traceability, system engineering documents - Responsible for writing/designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures - Provide estimates for time in assuring quality and meeting timelines - Investigate the cause of defects, coordinate schedules with other groups and report defects to relevant teams/departments for correction. - Create and execute test procedures using the requirements documents to thoroughly test the functionality of the application - Conforming to regulations and international standards when it comes to testing and quality assurance - Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines Requirements: General - 3-4 years of experience as a Quality Analyst - Work experience in the BPO industry preferred - Excellent in communications, interpersonal skills and business writing, time management and team working skills - Must be self-driven, highly motivated, organized, detailed oriented, reliable, accountable, and able to multi-task - Quality on time delivery of agreed deliverables - Flexible in working under changing and different work settings - Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines - Pay high attention to detail in all work - Knowledge of project sprint planning and the whole agile process Quality Analyst - Knowledge of software quality assurance process and defining quality strategies for projects and estimation techniques - Proficient in in different types of testing: functional, system, integration, and performance - Knowledge of at least one testing automation tools (QTP/UFT, Selenium, etc.) - Knowledge in identifying automatable items and develop test scripts - Knowledge in VBscript is a plus
