We are looking for IT Project Manager that oversees different IT Infrastructure initiatives or projects of Corporate IT and monitors their progress and completion within budget, scope, and timeline.
You will manage the relationship with internal clients and relevant stakeholders.
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
IT Project Manager will submit project deliverables and ensures that they adhere to quality standards; set deadlines, assign responsibilities to project team members; prepares status reports to upper management; and establish effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans
Leads the initiation and planning of a project, implementation, and completion of the project within stipulated scope, budget and timeline
Coordinates with project team members, both internal and 3rd parties/vendors, to ensure that all parties involved are on track with project requirements/scope, deadlines, and schedule
Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manages and facilitates change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts to the project scope, schedule, and cost
Meets regularly with project team members to identify and resolve issues; and report and escalates to management as needed
Performs risk management to minimize or reduce potential project risks
Coordinates the development of work breakdown structure (WBS), design documents, method of procedures (MOPs), and other documents as needed to ensure successful implementation and handover of the project to the Operations team
Conducts post project evaluation, identifying success elements as well as the learnings.
Manages client satisfaction with the hypercare or transition period; and obtains client's acceptance during project closure
Requirements
WHO ARE YOU?
You have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related courses and have 5-8 years of proven experience in handling and managing projects of various sizes
Has technical background on IT infrastructure - both on on-premises and cloud infrastructure
Has good communication skills - both written and verbal
Has strong negotiation skills and has the ability to develop strong working relationship
Has strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
Has a solid understanding of business cases and risk management process
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through completion
Has strong leadership skills
Has solid organization skills including attention to details
Can work with minimum supervision
Has great teamwork and collaboration skills
