As part of the RingCentral Funnel Lifecycle Management team, you will help plan, coordinate, implement, and lead all aspects of the ways we share RingCentral's message with the world.
You'll use data, technology, and creativity to target, communicate, measure, and adjust with precision- and share the story of a new, reimagined age of business communication with the audiences who want to hear it most.
Summary:
RingCentral is seeking a hardworking Project Management professional to lead multi-functional technical and strategic projects across our Marketing, Sales, and IT organizations. This role is responsible for driving the execution of prioritized projects and programs to enable transformation, growth, maturity, and scale. You will lead projects that are laying the foundation and helping scale our core internal business systems. You will work multi-functionally with business partners to deliver solutions for our outstanding internal business needs. A successful candidate will have experience operating in fast-paced situations, a solid ability to handle exciting priorities, and possess a high level of a subject area while remaining flexible.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for taking small to large, company-wide, high-demand programs/projects from conceptualization through final implementation and go-live
Provides overall communication and collaborate with all areas affected by the program/project including multi-functional partners, business sponsors, and vendors
Drive prioritization of business requirements and roadmap
Partner with both technical and non-technical peers to execute on work throughout the project lifecycle
Be responsible for the program schedule, task assignments, and lead schedule progress - from large phases through to detailed tasks, including understanding and leading dependencies
Become a trusted partner with the business and accepted into the business team's inner circle of influence
Understand operational issues and opportunities (business processes), and help drive technical solutions to scale business operations and ensure compliance
Get results; be responsible for the portfolio of projects, and lead projects to achieve desired goals while keeping multi-functional teams accountable
As a PM, you will develop functional process flows, road-mapping, and portfolio presentations
Must Haves:
Demonstrable experience in running multiple large programs/projects in an enterprise environment
Good communication, problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills
Experience leading an internationally distributed team
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of project management with enterprise solutions in SaaS environments
Experience with IT, Sales, Marketing, Services, Financial, HR, Legal SaaS Systems (E.g. any of the following: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Leadspace, Netsuite, Workday)
Ability to work independently and in ambiguous situations
Capable of learning and adapting quickly
Vibrant and upbeat demeanor, willingness to perform and get things done
Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City* from 11 pm to 8 am MNL, Monday to Friday
Nice to Have:
PMP, CSM, ITIL certifications
Experience with Agile methodology
Exposure to driving data analytics, predictive modeling, and automation projects
