Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Participate in business requirements gathering sessions and provide technical advice
Ensure business requirements are properly documented and signed-off before embarking on the project
Assist in definition of project objectives and scope, involving all relevant stakeholders
In coordination with technical team, create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences of activities needed to deliver the project
Determine the resources (people, time, budget, equipment, etc.) required and coordinate with other teams in-charge for resource availability and commitments
Ensure standard templates and forms are used by the team to document activities and setup files to ensure that all project artifacts are appropriately documented and secured
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary.
Review quality of work/deliverables of project team on a regular basis to ensure that they comply with standards.
Conduct check point meetings with the team to track progress and ensure project is delivered on schedule and within the budget
Secure sign-off of Project Closure from the Project Sponsor/s
Transition Knowledge and references to application maintenance/support team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools, methodologies and best practices
Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodology is a big plus
Project Delivery experience is also a plus
Knowledgeable in SDLC is desirable
Strong documentation skills
Systematic, detail-oriented, organized and can relate well with any level in the organization
Effective interpersonal, communication and interpersonal skills
Can work independently but is an effective team member
Effective presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Highly capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
Amenable to work on-site (Head Office-Pasay)
