Responsibilities
Organize and participate meetings (Document minutes of the meeting)
Coordinate Training with Local Companies
Documenting and reviewing subcontract agreements
Coordinate with Key Private Sector Companies in Critical Infrastructure Sectors
Conducting survey related to Cybersecurity as needed and documenting the survey result
Organize Event (Planning and Preparation)
Program planning for seminars, venue arrangements, catering equipment coordination
Can negotiate with the suppliers
Handles the participant's registration (on-site registration, attendance confirmation)
Coordinate with participants during event and post-event
Conduct research based on available materials, and information
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in IT
Good communication skills, management skills, coordination skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3-5 years of practical experience
Willing to work on-site
