JOB TITTLE: IT PRODUCT CONSULTANT
Roles and Responsibilities of Product Consultant
• Assist the sales and support teams in achieving long-term account goals, revenue creation, and customer satisfaction in keeping with the mission and values of the business
• Promote other IT products and services provided
• Manage plan and coordinate sales events.
• Secure inventory level for top products to boost sales
• Maintain store metrics, platform guidelines to easily get new clients and assure repeat orders.
Qualifications
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and other related field.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft product like Azure and M365, Sophos, Acronis PBX, headset and others.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Must be willing to do fieldwork
