RingCentral is looking for an IT Procurement Program Manager to join our growing Infrastructure & Operations Team.
RingCentral is looking for an IT Procurement Program Manager who will be responsible for delivering the complete lifecycle of IT procurement services for RingCentral. This position is responsible for partnering with all IT, Finance, Accounting, Global Procurement, and business leaders to plan, design, develop, transform, automate, maintain, and operate RingCentral's IT Procurement services. He/She will be responsible for coordinating the activities to create the company's IT Procurement roadmap and strategies leading to the successful implementation, operations, compliance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the deployed IT procurement services.
Responsibilities:
Program lead the delivery of the IT Procurement services including technical and organizational design, build, user acceptance test, implementation, and ongoing operations.
Implementation and operations of IT Procurement services should include but not limited to spend analysis, strategic sourcing, contract management, requisitioning, purchasing spot buys, and payment.
Provide leadership in analyzing, defining, and transforming the IT Procurement function to meet company needs
Supervise a team of technical support staff who are responsible for the full lifecycle of services from design, build, introduction, and retirement/refresh of technologies that make up the IT procurement service portfolio.
Track, maintain and create key performance indicators and client satisfaction measures focusing on the continuous improvement of the service.
Sponsor and/or lead special projects relating to ensuring successful delivery and support of IT Procurement Services.
Ensure global standards, documentation, and processes for IT Procurement Services are created, deployed, and kept up to date.
Lead compliance with corporate policies and represent IT in response to internal and external audits.
Focus on improving service delivery through effective use of ITIL methodologies, standard methodologies, and industry standards.
Create and track key performance indicators, staffing ratios, trends, and benchmarks
Develop/plan budget and recommendations for personnel, training, equipment, materials, and all other IT Procurement related activities.
Create and execute IT Procurement strategic roadmaps, update the priorities, and document staffing/resourcing requirements for current and future needs.
Ensure resources operating the IAM services are available for proper 24x7 support of the services along with accounting for individual vacation and holidays,
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, CS, MIS, Business, or related field
10 years or more overall IT experience
5 years or more of information security or related experience
Experience building and implementing IT procurement/contract management relevant technologies such as; Productiv, Zylo, NetSuite, iCertis
Deep understanding of IT procurement architecture, design, delivery, and compliance
Solid understanding of the full lifecycle of the procurement lifecycle processes.
Ability to work across and manage distributed teams
Demonstrated ability to define and report against critical metrics and key performance indicators
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively to all levels of an organization especially to key business partners and executives.
Program/project management skills, to handle programs/projects effectively and deliver on time and within budget
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in efficiently implementing new technologies and services.
Good eye for business, as well as strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to draw conclusions based on data
A self-motivated individual capable of working in a face-paced, multifaceted environment
Detail and results-oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
Ability to excel and works well with other teams, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
