• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
• Minimum 5 years' IT Operation management experience in Banking Industry.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience of IT team management.
• Have experience with IT Project Management and IT team management.
• Familiar with Windows Server, SCCM, WAUS, AD, MS SQL, SharePoint, OneDrive maintenance.
• Familiar with Server room, Network, PBX, Cloud, VDI, Disaster Recovery, VPN maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a high-pressure environment against multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, good in both written and spoken English.
• Familiar with Linux/Unix server, Database maintenance, MS Macro and script programming experience is strongly preferred.
• Have the following certifications: Project management professional (PMP), Microsoft technology associate (MTA) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a plus.
