The IT Operations Support shall ensure that the company devices and technology systems are running smoothly. This includes support hardware, software, and internal and external IT systems. Some technology trends that impact the work for the IT operations including artificial intelligence (e.g. Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant), cloud computing (e.g. dropbox, gdrive) and Internet of Things (IOT) devices (hardware devices, such as sensors, gadgets, appliances and other machines that collect and exchange data over the Internet).
Job Qualifications:
· Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field
· 1-2 years' experience as IT Associate/Assistant or equivalent
· Excellent experience and knowledgeable in demonstrating full software and development life cycle.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
