Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT network infrastructure within the Company, its clients or in between connectivity to its partners and affiliates.
Provides readily IP delivery support on IPVSAT, Cable TV and on different OTT (over the top) multimedia platforms
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Contributes to the successful IP delivery of all activities within agreed service levels.
Lead firewall management integration of IPVSAT to ISP for its internet connection.
Establishes network specifications, analyzing workflow that is in accordance with Company's security standards.
Understands and delivers to the pre-defined service level agreements. Escalates issues as necessary to avoid any impact to the operation,
Implement, configure, and deploy routers and network switches (Core, Distribution and Access), and wireless access points.
Respond and troubleshoot network related incidents
Performs routine maintenance of network hardware or software to ensure that it is functioning effectively
Maintain and manage network monitoring tool
Keep network diagram updated
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering/ Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent
A certificate holder on Cisco (CCNA or better) or Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE1 or better)
At least 1 year experience as Network Administrator
Knowledgeable and have a good understanding on TCP/IP, different routing protocols on IP addressing, IP multicast, IP access-list, Virtual LAN, Trunking, port-aggregation etc.
Familiar with network monitoring and analyzer tools
Proficient on office productivity tools.
Experience in Cisco networks and Firewall management
