What you'll do:
Network Engineering
Provides NA-related solutions for various projects and operational needs.
Set-ups servers/appliance and work-stations to provide a functional working environment and network infrastructure.
Implements policies/procedures in accordance to the best practices and standards that will support company goals and initiatives.
Operations and Technical Support
Responds to users' requests for all NA-related concerns.
Performs monitoring, investigation, prevention, recovery, troubleshooting to all NA-related matters, and technical-related support and administrative tasks for the department.
Workplace Technology Maintenance
Performs necessary patches and upgrades to network servers/appliance and workstations to maintain its viability.
Upgrades and configures application servers in accordance to project or operational needs.
Performs regular maintenance and performance reporting to support capacity management.
Other tasks which may be assigned.
What we'd like you to have:
A graduate of Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronic Engineering/ other related studies
Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in IT Systems Infrastructure / Network administration / Computer Hardware
Network Troubleshooting, Network Design and Administration (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routing and Switching, VPN technologies, Firewall, Routers and Switches and etc.)
Computer Software installation, Windows OS and Server Management
Proficiency in various Computer Applications (MS Office, Adobe, etc.) and Operating Systems
Analytical Skills (problem solving)
Excellent communication skills with cross-border interface and non-technical counterparts
Not required, but very useful:
CCNA Certification
MAC OS experience
Cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure) knowledge
What you'll get:
₱20,000-₱25,000 gross monthly starting salary
Staff who refers a successful applicant will receive ₱5,000 incentive
Bi-annual appraisal and Performance-based rate increase and bonus
