The Role
As an IT - MIS Officer you are responsible for project reporting in compliance with the existing internal policies and procedures of the bank and manages and support tools used in project management and reporting.
How you'll contribute
Provide Project Management Reports based on Enterprise Control Board (ECB) requirements timely and
accurately * Provide Project Management Reports based on Technology Execution Excellence (TTC) requirements timely and
accurately * Provide Project Management Reports based on requested requirements
Attend Monthly Project Health Discussion for review of project status
Manage Project Central based on Project Management Process to ensure all information is accurate for reporting
purposes. * Manage reports used by different proponents via the reporting tool
Manage Simple to Medium Projects using project management process on time, on budget, and within schedule
Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
High level of knowledge of IT operations (internal or external), Project Management, Resource Management specifically for IT projects, preferably with knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies, critical path resource allocations, and others
Experience in successfully leading large, complex, and multi-component IT projects or as IT consulting/management roles
Optional knowledge or experience of banking operations
Requires leadership and negotiation skills and experience/in-depth
knowledge of the business, business requirements analysis, and IT
processes. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong in oral & written communication.
Knowledge in budget preparation, technical management, and understanding, analyzing information and
problem-solving, strategic planning, and quality management. * Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills
Must be able to work independently.
A high degree of supervisory, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to establish strong collaborative working relationships with cross matrix stakeholders, at all levels, across the organization.
