Job Description
Responsible for overseeing all Information Systems and Telecommunication functions such as technical and administrative support services related to hardware, software and telephone systems installation and maintenance
Oversees hardware, software and telephone systems installation and maintenance.
Develops and implements IT strategies and training programs aligned to company requirements.
Ensures linkage and consolidation of modular systems for shared and integrated information system.
Reviews, evaluates and recommends purchase of IT hardware and software requirement when necessary
Adopts and/or localizes IT Corporate policies and procedures and ensures their proper implementation.
Performs workload distribution and manpower requirement planning of the IT section.
Manages and maintains quality system databases and sharepoint sites
Coordinates with the division users to ensure proper planning and appropriate recommendations are given to improve their information systems.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
Qualifications
Any 4 to 5 year Information Technology ; related college course
3 years' experience in a supervisory role
5 years' experience in the Information Technology industry on the areas of data center management including server administration and network management
Knowledge in ITIL concepts
Well verse in information security, knowledge on ISO 27001:2005 is a plus
4-5 years' technical experience in Windows Server Administrators, MS SQL Server Administration, Windows 7, Microsoft Utilities Project Management and Office 365
