About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Security team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role:
This position is responsible for support and maintenance of Citco's Identity and Access Management components. The incumbent will interact with and/or support various support and development groups as well as other security team staff, business management and end-users in the performance of their duties.
Technical Expectations/Professional Practices:
Proven skills in Java, JEE, Spring, JavaScript, design patterns, concurrency, caching, NodeJS, Typescript, SQL, REST Web Services.
Experience with single page applications (SPAs) and Angular front-end technologies.
Experience creating unit tests and unit test frameworks for front-end and service layer with tools such as Junit, Mokito, Jasmine and/or Karma.
Experience with containerization and related technologies like Docker.
Solid Understanding of web-based technologies - HTML, CSS, DOM, XML, and JSON.
Ability to conceptualize and document solutions, design and deliver reference implementations, library utilities, or frameworks.
Experience with secure coding practices, remediation of vulnerabilities and knowledge of security concepts / protocols such as OAUTH, SSO, MFA, LDAP, IAM, TLS.
Exposure / Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, SQS, etc.).
Should have worked on CA IDM End point integration and should possess coding knowledge for connectors.
Knowledge of managing IAM roles related to entitlements in AWS IAM, AWS EC2, AWS S3 and other resources using applicable tools.
Hands on experience in scripting (Unix, JSON, and Python etc.) is a must.
Knowledge of Application Server- JBOSS, Tomat, Apache, IIS - would be a plus.
Management/Leadership Expectations:
Troubleshoots, manages, and solves issues related identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
Candidate should also possess experience troubleshooting, supporting and resolving system incidents, problems and changes
Provides analysis, development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and maintenance of IAM systems to impacted users.
Leverages problem solving and data analysis skills to ensure projects deliver on time, implements, and maintains documentation of processes, procedures, standards, and guideline relating to Information Security.
Collaborates, gathers information, and acts as a resource to internal stakeholders on the identification of access management requirements.
Ability to work independently with or without direction and or supervision.

About You:
Background / Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
Graduate Degree a plus.
Previous Work Experience:
Five or more years developing and supporting enterprise java applications.
Two or more years working in a UNIX environment.
Five or more years working with Infrastructure systems in a global environment across multiple data centers required.
Specific Knowledge / Skills:
CA Identity Manager or equivalent Provisioning system a plus
CA SiteMinder Administration a plus
Single Sign On, SAML and Federation a plus
CA Strong Authentication support knowledge preferred
Privilege Access Management knowledge preferred
Certificate Authority preferred but not required
Experience working and troubleshooting in complex distributed global systems required
Experience with Network Security systems (firewalls, intrusion detection, vulnerability analysis, etc.) preferred but not required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including Senior Management and end users.
Must be able to effectively management multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail.
Environmental Demands:
Must be able to maneuver effectively within environment.
The position requires shift work and there may be an occasional need for additional work during non-business hours.
