Prime Infra is seeking experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to support one of our Business Units. We are looking for highly skilled professionals who can ensure operational excellence, strengthen IT governance, and drive innovation across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and applications management.Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure configurations and account administration across the business unit.
Oversee network monitoring, design, and optimization to ensure reliable connectivity.
Manage SaaS solutions, ensuring proper deployment, licensing, and user support.
Supervise data center operations within plant facilities to maintain uptime and compliance.
Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT infrastructure management experience.
Strong background in network monitoring, data center operations, and SaaS administration.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
