IT Infrastructure Manager | skyABS-CBN

The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for delivering, operating and maintaining the ICT infrastructure of the company. Manages and supervises a team of administrators; System administrators, Network administrators, database and web administrator, and Communication management staff to achieve the sections objectives.
Responsibilities:
Plans & designs the infrastructure architecture in collaboration with other ICT team.
Present future capacity requirement, Security considerations, Inventory administration, Reliability and SLA
Constructs the infrastructure based on the approved architecture
Defines detailed specifications and standards.
Evaluates, acquires and installs assets.
Manages projects and documentations
Operates and maintains components in the infrastructure
Monitors intra performance.
Performs preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoots and resolve issues and problems.
Implements approved recommendations from ICT governance eg Information Security, Change management, Audit findings, etc.
Ensure Business Continuity Plans are in place and updated.
Ensure operations within the approved budget.
Design and define processes of the section
Analyzes and Reports Section Operations and Performance
Analyzes the team's and infra's performance for correction and constant improvement.
Reports to management the team's performance versus committed SLAs
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
With strong IT skills At least 5 years working experience as IT Infrastructure Head
With telecommunications, cable, and broadband experience
Mid-Senior Level / Manager IT and Software Entertainment / Film / News and Current Affairs / Public Service / Publishing / Digital, etc. 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
