The Role
As an IT Identity and User Access Assessment Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the necessary review is performed for user roles and access rights in a timely manner. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that SLAs are met by the team members. You will be the contact point for all User Assessment and activities that requiring the services of the team
How you'll contribute
Leads, trains, and manages IT Security User Assessment Officers and contractors
Conducts 2nd level review of entitlement, security matrix, and other access related reviews
Review reports related to access-related security violations and assess the recommendations in addressing any identified control weaknesses.
Support the IT Security and Control Division in the daily tasks which include but is not limited to prioritizing incidents, troubleshooting, and investigation
Ensures that there are UAT performed for new applications for user access roles and security matrix requirement
Advice new process and recommends changes in procedure to ensure IT Security requirements are in place and follow the latest technology
Assist and coordinates with external and internal auditors, compliance, legal, network security, risk officers, and other stakeholders on any IT Security related audit matters, when necessary
What we're looking for
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications
Engineering or related majors * With at least 4 years of experience specializing in System Administration, Database Administration, Network Administration
and Network Security * Certifications in any of the following: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) or Security+
With people management experience
Knowledge of IT Operations, System Administrations and IT Network and Infrastructure
Show off strong problem-solving skills with deep attention to detail
A high degree of organizational & analytical skills.
Flexible and capable of taking multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal communication & presentation skills
Proficient in both oral & written communication.
