Duties & Responsibilities:
Basic Helpdesk Support:
Analysis on ticket types & requirements for strategic effort to eliminate cause
User Setup and Termination Requests
Bug Investigation
Troubleshooting requests from clients
Setup of restricted organizations
Adding or Removing Security rights
Analysis of reported errors
Setup of automated document delivery
Escalation of Incidents to Business Process:
Requests for training, customized reports/documents
Security Access
Setup of master data
Requests for system upgrades
Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader/client
Tasks will be thru ticketing system and may include calls to service providers as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of solid and recent 1-year experience in a technical support role
Good customer service and technical/troubleshooting skills
Preferably with Freight Forwarding or Logistics background
Experience in using Zendesk is an advantage
Excellent English skills in both written and oral
Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries
Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
With positive attitude towards difficult situation
Willing to work in Ortigas area/Temporary work from home with at least 10mbps internet connection
Amenable to morning and weekend schedules as needed
