The IT Helpdesk Support will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and internal users of the company, resolve difficulties concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems and any related tasks that the company will assign.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Familiarity with the following technologies:
Basic Microsoft applications
Basic Hardware troubleshooting and computer assembly
Basic Troubleshooting skills in networking
The schedule will be (morning) 6AM to 2PM and (swing) 2PM to 10PM
Can work under pressure and multi-task
Willingness to be trained
