We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Support to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our clients using Mac devices. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Mac systems and troubleshooting skills to address and resolve a wide range of technical issues. You will also play a key role in mentoring the team and ensuring the highest level of support is delivered to our clients.
 
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the primary support for issues related to Mac systems.
Provide comprehensive infrastructure services for Mac environments, including network configuration, system administration, software installation and configuration, and troubleshooting.
Apply best practices and industry standards to ensure optimal performance and security of client Mac systems.
Identify and diagnose network problems, ensuring network connectivity and traffic utilization.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation.
Assist with monthly reports and contribute to technology roadmap recommendations for Managed Services Clients.
Stay current with industry trends, news, and best practices.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on providing Mac support.
Experience working in a Managed Services environment is highly preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Team player with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Mac certifications such as Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) are a plus.
Familiarity with cloud-based services like Microsoft Office 365 and cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure) is a plus.
Knowledge of enterprise-level backup solutions and virtualization technologies is desirable.
