Description: We are seeking for an practiced Information technology Help Desk Engineer. This individual will be part of a team implementing and supporting the tools and technology that drive a fast-paced environment.
The Information technology Help Desk Engineer will be responsible for L1 support of all user tickets, inventory management, hardware procurement, and deployment of Information technology equipment across the organization.
Essential tasks and Responsibilities
» Manage asset inventory
» Hardware procurement located on hiring forecast.
» Remote support of user base.
» Provide support for corporate events such as All-Hands and conventions.
» Run and maintain the Information technology Bar and provide technical support for walk-ups.
» Create, maintain, and manage accounts for all employees and contractors.
» Responsible for all Information technology related onboarding and offboarding procedures including account creation, laptop setup, and user provisioning.
» Maintain conference rooms and collaboration tools used in the company.
» Administer MDM solution.
» Integrate new software with SSO provider.
» Work with InfoSec on implementing security initiatives across the company.
» Manage printers and print servers.
» Work with hardware vendors for warranty repairs/replacements. expertise/expertise Required
» Customer first oriented approach to service.
» Strong communication and customer service expertise.
» Proven practices with Corporate Information technology systems in a SaaS and Cloud focused environment.
» practice working in security focused environments is a huge plus.
» Proven capability to deal with problems under pressure.
» Audio video system management practice.
» practice supporting collaboration platforms such as Zoom.
» expertise of Okta administration.
» Management of Microsoft Intune, JAMF, BitLocker, Druva. practice/Education Required
» Bachelor's Degree in MIS or related field.
» 5+ years supporting users in face-face environment.
» Technical certifications a plus.
» 4+ years supporting O365 environments.
» capability to work independently.
» Excellent written and verbal communication expertise.
