Job Description
We are looking for candidates with experience in dealing with US Customers working with IT MSPs. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in English clearly and concisely and open to work US hours.
Requirements
Prior experience or demonstrated knowledge providing technical support on a Windows environment
Prior experience or demonstrated knowledge of Active Directory, GPO's, and Windows Security Groups
Prior experience or strong knowledge troubleshooting/configuring printers, scanners, mobile devices (Apple and Android)
Strong understanding and ability to administer Office 365 related products:
Office 365 Emailb. Understanding of Office 365 Licensingc. Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPointd. Intune
Intermediate knowledge of networking aspects including: Modems ,Firewalls - SonicWALL, Meraki products, Switches, Wireless Access Points, DHCP, DNS, IP Address and subnetting
Job Qualifications
Ideal candidate must be an individual who possess the following skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferably with experience working for an IT MSP
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Familiarity with the ConnectWise Suite or products is a plus
Willing to work night shifts (Work from Home)
