Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Help Desk
Monitor Help Desk tickets and process first-in first-out based on priority and escalate as necessary
Strong understanding of managing users and security groups in Active Directory (3 years of experience preferred)
Experience managing Microsoft Outlook account creations and managing distribution groups
Assist with setting up computers for new users
Experience creating or updating technical documentation
Manage PC setup and deployment using standard hardware, images and software
Perform workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
Work on special projects as they arise
Phone customer service experience preferred
Ability to work independently with little supervision while maintaining a strong work ethic
Other duties may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
