Setting up, monitoring, and maintaining the installed computer systems and networks This includes maintaining and controlling computer networks and any computer environments that are related to configurations, hardware programs software, and structures software.
Responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
Setting up, Configuring, Structured Cabling when needed
Coordinating with suppliers and vendors
Supporting employees and customers with technical issues
Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications
Monitoring and maintaining the installed computer systems and networks
Troubleshooting day to day system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults within the organization
Traveling to various locations within Metro Manila when needed
Repairing or replacing computer hardware parts as required
Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
Procuring hardware and software as required
Reporting IT Manager/ IT Assistant Manager with all daily activities
Maintaining and controlling computer networks and related computing environments together with structures software, programs software, hardware, cabling, and configurations
Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems
Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems
Coordinating computer network access and use
Compensation Package & Benefits
Base Pay: P25,000 - P40,000

What are we Looking for?
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of and experience in hardware networking
Should have 2+ years of experience as IT support / IT hardware engineer
Experience or ability to work with a variety of network types such as LAN, WLAN, VoIP, Intranet, Extranet, etc.
Replacing faulty network hardware components when required
