JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities: 
Preferably a generalist
Handles trouble and issue management
Can identify/analyses the issues
Knowledgeable on PC, server, network and infrastructure
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Proactive maintenance to prevent unavailability or failure on IT resource
Post-active maintenance to solve problems and minimize stoppage on operation
Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, operating system and application
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, network, printer and server
Troubleshooting network and system including diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications
Graduate of a 4-year Information Technology & Computer-related courses     
At least two (2) years work-related experience
Japanese speaker  (N3 to mid-level fluency) is a Must
Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges
Computer literate
