As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and facilitating IT-related requests to all end-users .
Responsibilities
Provides timely resolution to Level 1 or Level 2 technical support issues within set service level agreements including but not limited to desktop, laptop, printing, storage, network and mobile device configurations.
Provide support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, hardware configuration, ticket routing/escalations and other Application support requirements
Installs and configures hardware and software operating systems and applications as required
Monitors and responds to network and connectivity issues
Monitoring and technical support of office automation products and peripherals such as CCTV, biometrics, printers/scanners
Monitor movement and deployment of IT assets as needed
Perform other ad hoc tasks as deemed fit relevant to the role
At least 1-3 years of relevant hands-on work experience in IT/Technical Support environment
Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, IT Management or relevant program
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Operating Systems, GoogleSuites and other platform
Familiarity with remote desktop application and helpdesk software, preferred
Have strong problem-solving, quick decision-making and excellent oral/written communication skills
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination Software Consultancy and Supply 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
