The Role
As an IT Digital Team Head, you will lead and oversee all activities of IT-Digital Team Division to ensure goals are achieved.
How you'll contribute
Lead, deliver and operate the required IT infrastructure and applications to support the Digital strategy of the Bank.
Oversee the IT Digital Delivery Team and ensure that the Team is working on the right project at the right time that is aligned with the the Digital strategy of the Bank.
Promote positive and collaborative digital delivery culture with continuous improvement philosophy and development approach.
Ensure that regular reports are prepared and submitted on time;Keep up to date on IT Digital technology and tools, and undertake personal development or training as may be deemed necessary to meet the duties and responsibilities of the post.
Manage the career of IT Digital Team through a fair and reasonable measurement of performance, and provide opportunities for growth and advancement (e.g. succession program, training, coaching/mentoring, etc.)
Comply with and ensure adherence by IT Digital Team to the bank's policies and procedures.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer, Computer Science / Information Technology, Mathematics / Statistics, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Finance / Accountancy/ Banking, or other related field.
At least 10 years of solid experience in program/project management.
Well-versed and must have hands-on experience in SDLC, project management standards and practices and delivering of product/project in Agile environment. Scrum is preferred.
Able to deliver retail digital transformation solutions
Has good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Has the ability to establish strong collaborative working relationships with cross matrix stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
Equipped with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Willing to work in Makati.
