The IT Coordinator provides PC support and administration throughout the entire organization. The IT Coordinator coordinates all aspects of software, hardware, and other services. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Deploy, configure, monitor, troubleshoot computer hardware, software and services as necessary
Administer current and new user accounts for domain access, phones, emails, and other services or products
Coordinate with vendors for repair, replacement, and maintenance of hardware, software, and services
Utilize market research and competitive intelligence to make recommendations that enable the company to improve technology infrastructure
Support the technology department with projects and tasks
Offer company-wide office support for all items related to technology
Requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with and relate to all levels both within and outside the organization
Engaging and professional demeanor
Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
