Description
• Responsible for managing and developing IT infrastructure related information tools and administrations.
• Responsible for effectively serving each Department's reporting tool requirements including business reports but not limited to other form of reporting tools such as excel add-ins.
• Resolves issues and service tickets involving errors in ERP, HRIS and other software related matters.
• Perform other task that maybe assign from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or entry level with experience preferably in ERP/software
• Able to meet challenges and can handle stressful situations.
• Excellent team player with problem-solving and trouble-shooting capabilities
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge in Exact Globe Next is advantage
