What is the job about?
This job is part of the Digital Customer Excellence Value chain accounting for -60 % of Grundfos' annual revenue. We organize into individual SCRUM (Product) teams where Grundfos empowers the team to decide innovation and maintenance of several products, together with a SCRUM Master and a Product Owner. i.e. The product team is empowered to evaluate the best distribution of tasks to be done, lifting that responsibility.
This job position is inside the eCommerce team, mainly responsible for the Grundfos group Extranet. Here you will be having the role of an IT Business consultant which traditionally means communicating with Product Owners and user communities to build business acumen, translate needs into technical requirements, drive technical clarification, coordinate between stakeholders such as other teams and help deliver quality solutions to market. That is in close collaboration with your team.
The ideal candidate is expected to be drive structuring and deliver changes to match the expected value. Aligning expectations with stakeholders through scope and risk balancing in mind are key elements in this which you will drive in collaboration with your teammates. Depending on your profile, you might also onboard other tasks, like participating in communities of good praxis sharing.
Some travel activities must be expected, 1-2 business trips per year.
What do you need to apply?
Preferably, a Bachelor's degree graduate of any IT-related courses, which focuses on bridging the gap between technical considerations and business needs or you have practical experience with the same focus.
The ideal candidate will have the role of an IT business consultant, and your main areas of responsibility will be, in which disciplines you are expected to have at least 3 years of experience:
Business requirements: You hold IT business requirements analysis skills. You understand business requirements and can translate technical complexity into easily understandable user stories and test cases and/or scenarios.
Communication: Good communication and presentation/demo skills in English.
Documentation: Experience in eloquently documenting everything from user stories to technical complex requirements. Understand Unified Modelling Language or similar, mock-ups and wireframes.
Co-ordination: Create overviews and communicate and align expectations with other teams, operations, and business owners.
Collaboration: You'll be collaborating within our team, with Product Owners across teams and the organization (e.g. in cross-functional Communities of Practice).
Domain knowledge: Within the area of eCommerce, preferably SAP Hybris or SAP Commerce.
