About the Role:
The Product Specialist will be a key member of the Intelligent Automation (IA) team and will play an integral role in designing and delivering automated processes within the Citco Group. The specialist will work with the Process Design team, Process Adoption team and business unit representatives to optimize and digitize operational processes in order to deliver bottom-line results for Citco.
About Intelligent Automation Team:
The Intelligent Automation (IA) is multi-skilled team charged with identifying, building and deploying operational solutions leveraging a suite of emerging technologies, such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Robotics Process Automation, Business Process Management, Reconciliation Tools, APIs and Automation.
Job Duties in Brief:
The analyst will liaise with key business resources to ensure that their needs are translated into our finished product
Elicits, captures, analyzes, refines, articulates and documents business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation.
Be a key member in designing end to end workflow solutions for multiple functions in our organisation
Create solution design documents clearly articulating as-is and to-be states.
Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions.
Perform all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing solutions, reviewing deliverables, from executing to implementing change.
Work with Process Adoption and Business Leads to rollout completed solutions to target teams/offices.
Assists with product backlog maintenance and grooming.
Participates in Scrum stand-up meetings, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings.
About You:
Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Strong business analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated business requirements & other documents
Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral
Ability to work independently
Positive & Can-Do attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Assets:
Financial product knowledge and knowledge of Fund Administration
Understanding of agile project management
Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation, process flows and wireframes in order to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements
Experience documenting processes using Visio
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Expertise with complex SQL queries and stored procedures
Experience using BI tools such as Tableau/Qlik/Power BI
Understanding of the benefits of Business Process Management, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation
