About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Innovation Development team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role:
The Business Analyst will work as a key liaison with business to gather, analyze, and document business requirements of numerous business systems. The Business Analyst will work closely with Project Management to adhere to project timelines. The candidate should have a technical background with experience in Robotic Process Automation. Experience in financial industry, including understanding of investment portfolio accounting and investor relations processing is a plus. Prior experience as a business analyst is required. The successful candidate will work in the CITCO Innovation IT Team supporting the rollout of new Robotics Process Automation projects that would aid the business in achieving optimal solutions.
Work with the Business Team and project stakeholders in capturing and validating business requirements that meet organizational business needs and goals
Apply business knowledge to analyze enhancement requests, defects and other issues, translating them into professional specifications in order to improve the existing systems and for the creation of new solutions.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications (e.g. use cases, system requirement specifications, etc.) for existing and new financial functionality, interfaces, and reports. Ensure the overall quality of business requirements traceability to all URDS and Use Cases, Design Documents and Test Cases.
Manage and maintain the database of all requirements artifacts using industry-standard tools and techniques.
Advise testing resources on test-case creation and assist in ensuring requirements traceability
Document outstanding issues into summary format for periodic communication to the User Group for prioritization and subsequently to Steering Committee and Project Sponsors for approval of priorities.
Participate in the change management process overseeing the definition, approval, and implementation of scope changes.
Perform issue management including facilitation of issue resolution and implementation.
Interface with business client management to solicit requirements and drive issue resolution.
Prepare for and participate in his/her annual performance appraisal.
Demonstrate effective oral and written communication with other team members including managers, peers and direct reports.
Demonstrate effective teamwork and working relationships with others.
Demonstrate a self-directed approach to learning new technologies in the field; pursue professional development

About You:
The successful candidate will:
Have strong oral and written communication skills, especially with other team members including managers, peers and business stakeholders.
Be an energetic and effective team contributor with a passion for software development, new technologies and automation. Demonstrate effective teamwork and working relationships with others
Be proficient in the following software
MS Office, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq Wireframe, Blue Prism
Experience and Technical Skills
Minimum of 3 years Business Analyst experience working with IT development teams
Minimum 1 year Business Analyst experience in Robotics Process Automation
Demonstrated knowledge in Cloud is a plus
Ability to work in a fast paced, complex IT environment
Experience capturing and documenting business/system requirements
Ability to translate business needs into product analysis objectives, business and data requirements
Excellent oral and written communications skills required
Strong project and time management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities
Strong analytic, problem solving, business judgment and organization skills required
Methodology desirable but not required.
Has good working knowledge of business analysis and BABOK Guide knowledge
Experience creating wireframes and mockups using tools like Visio and Balsamiq
Education
Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and training

Strong proficiency with Jira
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Office
Experience in Robotic Process Automation
