This position provides Business Analyst support to various IT security projects at Client. This position will work closely with the IT Security Project Manager, playing a key role to ensure successful delivery of IT security projects to protect the data security and privacy of Client data.
This position will collaborate with team members from all Technology teams and other functional areas to help deliver IT security projects. IT security projects may cover different security domains such as:
Malware prevention
Identity access management
Threat and vulnerability management
Risk and compliance
Data protection and
Network / cloud security
Examples of activities this position will be responsible for include but not limited to:
document business requirements, functional requirements to support project business case
map business requirements to specific technical and / or non-technical solution
create "as-is" versus "to-be" process flow diagram
conduct data analysis to help make informed decisions
develop training material or user guide documentation
assist with running workshops, brain-storming exercises, discussion forums, meetings etc.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in an IT, Business, eCommerce and/or project related discipline.
Any supporting certifications in project management methodologies or business analysis would be desirable.
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years in roles pertaining to Business Analysis.
Appreciation or understanding of retail, eCommerce would be an advantage.
Experience working on at least one IDAM project would be an advantage.
Experience in and / or knowledge of Cyber Security would be an advantage.
Skills/Knowledge/Attributes
Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and methodical requirement gathering / business gap analysis.
Experience in business process mapping, workflow and data flow mapping & documentation.
Experience in driving and putting together both functional specs as well as technical.l specifications for each particular application.
Experience in methodical documentation, gap analysis, and deriving As Is and To Be.
Background in working within a fast paced & high-pressure IT application environment.
Experience orchestrating and assisting SMEs and End Users with UAT and PVT.
Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
Highly proficient technical writing capabilities.
