Description
• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in banking industry.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Analysis or Project management or System Analysis combined in banking industry.
• Familiar with banking business: Remittance, Payments, Clearing and end-to-end platform.
• Have experience in Payment & Clearing (e.g. PhilPaSS, PesoNet, PDDTS, InstaPay, CICS) related development and project management.
• (Preferred, not required) Work experience in PDS, PCHC or PPMI is a plus.
• Have experience in online system designing, development, deployment or maintenance.
• Have Experience in project management, including cross department communication and collaboration.
• Able to think at Enterprise Architecture level; strong business focus; truly understands risk, quality, value.
• Working experience of the fundamentals of designing information technology systems to benefit and improve business processes, methodologies and their implementation to IT system projects.
• Able to translate complex analysis into concise reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Able to learn and apply internal systems and processes for data collection and analysis.
• Able to communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders;
• Familiar with all phases of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment.
• Strong communication skills, good in both written and spoken English.
• Unix Shell, SQL development, SFTP File Transferring experience is strongly preferred.
• Has knowledge in Messaging and Queuing Middleware (MQ), Web API, ISO 20022 is a plus.
• Have the following certifications: Project management professional (PMP), Certified Scrum master (CSM), Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), PMI-Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) Certification or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a plus.
