IT BTS M&S Process Analyst Manager
What this position is about - Purpose:
The IT BTS M&S Process Analyst Manager acts as a liaison between Business and Development teams in order to implement the approved process changes. The position is responsible of the following main activities:

- Business Analyst: Understand business demands and translate these following the global approach principles into functional design/user story according to the Marketing and Sales (M&S) global business processes, including process flow, business rules, and data model requirements.
- Global Reference Model specific area ownership, ensuring the continuous improvement on the corresponding processes in the context of a global approach. - Daily routine and change management within his/her functional work-stream, ensuring all milestones regarding to this process (FD delivery and testing) are properly achieved.
- Support the application maintenance within his/her functional work-stream, providing good knowledge of business process and its related system functionality. Interaction with other groups to coordinate bug fixing, change request implementation and service operations is required.
- BTS point of contact for Business and Local IT Leads in the Market. Ensuring the promotion and adoption of the IT global solutions and providing the best practices required. Support the markets assigned in the context of Trade Marketing processes.
- Projects participation having a supporting role. Managing the ad-hoc activities assigned, during project execution, based on its Technical and Functional Skills.
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer, or Technical Sciences orstrong IT background
Additional Business Education based on Trade Marketing is a plus
5+ years of working experience with CRM, Commerce or BI systems
2+ years of project management experience
Good understanding of Business Intelligence concepts
Good understanding of Trade Engagement and Commerce processes as well as FMCG industry
Experience with Business Analysis framework and methodologies, including interaction with different audiences to understand business needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to influence and shape business demand
Good presentation skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Capable of working in a multinational environment
Experience working with virtual teams
Good team player with a proactive mindset
Customer oriented
Available for travel when required
