The IT Audit Associate will be a member of the Internal Audit team with a goal to provide independent assurance on the effectiveness of the Company's internal controls, risk management and governance in relation to information systems.
The objectives of internal audit supervisor are:
To assist the IT audit manager in conducting the regular, spot and special audit engagements as indicated in the audit plan.
Key Responsibilities
Provide input to the audit program in an audit engagement
Participate in and document the planning and risk assessment meetings
Understand and document the business operations, and relevant processes and controls
Assist the supervisor in conducting the audit engagement
Make sure that the audit schedules and requested documents are sent to the concerned unit/s at the start of the engagement, and track them properly
Ensure that the procedures performed meet the budget and timetable of the audit program
Make sure that the working papers are complete, and the procedures performed and the results are well-documented.
Assist in completing the documentation and working papers of the audit engagement in a timely manner.
Assist the supervisor in the preparation of the initial and final audit reports
Educational Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Internal Audit, preferably a CPA
At least 1 year of audit experience in external or/and internal audit.
Work Experience
IT audit or non-IT audit experience in the financial services or financial technology industry will be an advantage

Flexible and adaptive
Fast learner and willing to study information systems related to financial services and cryptocurrency
Good working in a team but can still do the work with minimal supervision if needed
