Essential Duties & Responsibilities
End User Support
Install, maintain, and configure hardware and software systems according to company policies.
Assist, coordinate and complete setting up and removing users from system
Managing email groups and other basic system administration tasks
Troubleshoot and provide basic hardware fixes remotely
Maintain network equipment and servers to ensure that they are up to date (virus, service packs, IOS, etc.). Monitor backups of critical network resources
On-call when needed
Using IT Support Request system to document, prioritize and track requests
Qualifications
Knowledge in Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD and Google Suites
Image laptop using Autopilot
Maintain server, laptop, software, and IT asset inventory
Software and hardware installation, maintenance and upgrading
Door Access and CCTV Management
Open for possible shifting schedules
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer or business-related major (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, etc)
2-3 years of related job experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficiency and experience with Microsoft technologies and Google Suites
Experience with network equipment routers/switches/phones helpful
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and organization skills
Successful in working both independently and in a team setting
Ability to work with minimum supervision
