Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs when the branch devices malfunction.
These devices include, but are not limited to, printers, wifi routers, smartphones,
laptops, and desktop computers
Perform branch devices maintenance on a regular basis such as: CPU cleaning,
memory cleaning, disc defragment, printer maintenance, and the like
Back up reports and other data regularly as specified by the manager
Google sheets management including google app scripting and google sheets
formula utilization
Management of edit requests for correcting wrong data in reports and
databases
Regular monitoring of data integrity in the business systems/software
Contributes to the design improvement of reports and data management
Installs needed software and sets up and configures computers, peripherals and
accounts assigning security level
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Knowledge of computer hardware

Adept in digital interface navigation
Good logical thinking
