DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and troubleshoot problems with network, hardware, software and systems.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance for all computer units.
Configure and installation of new software.
Provides technical support to internal customers by responding to their queries and concerns.
Monitor, control and maintain documentation for all job orders.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related IT courses
Has good communication skills, team player and results driven
With at least 1 year relevant work experience
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2008 is an advantage
Possess positive attitude towards work.
Must be amenable to work in Valenzuela City
