Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for the Installation, Diagnosis, Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Repair of computer hardware or any other device related in the computer system.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures accuracy on Installation and configuration of computers and other devices on workstations.
Ensures timely monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and other devices.
Ensures accurate diagnosis and repair of computer hardware and other equipments.
Maintain Local Networks and ensures accessibility and connectivity of all network devices on a daily basis.
Ensures timely records/logs of repairs and maintenance schedule.
Accurately organize the schedule of upgrades and maintenance.
Ensures availability on Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone. Responds in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Ensures security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of current operating systems and standard software packages, including both Microsoft Windows and Mac OSX.
Complies with ISO standards and procedures
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate head.
Requirements:
Graduate of 4-year Information Technology course
With or without work experience
Computer programming, computer hardware and others.
Attention to detail; Can work with minimal supervision; Team Player;
Can follow instructions accurately
Self-motivated
Has Integrity
Committed to work for FMPI
