IT Assistant- Mandaluyong City
Salary: P17000
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am- 4pm
Job Description:
• Installs, assembles and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and
peripherals. Does rewiring of cables as required for new installations, office
reconfiguration and relocations.
• Trains end users in the use of new equipment, computer peripherals and others to
ensure prevention of possible damages that may occur due to mishandling or
operating.
• Provides quick effective response to technical requests from end users for computer
hardware, peripherals and/or application software support requirements.
• Troubleshoots computers with damage or dysfunctions.
• Conducts a periodic preventive maintenance on workstations to ensure systems are
performing at an optimum level.
• Performs periodic inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Informs immediate superior promptly any problems or unusual matters of
significance.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate
superior.
Qualifications:
• Preferably residing in Mandaluyong, Pasig or nearby areas.
• At least 1-year related experience in the same field
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including Microsoft
platform.
• Knowledgeable in installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems
and networks, troubleshooting methods, documentation handling.
