Job Summary
The person provides technical guidance and assistance to the staff, clients or customers. He is regarded as a trouble-shooter who understands all types of problems and provides technology for the hardware, software and the systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
Set-up PC troubleshoot (Hardware and Software) and Network in Head Office, Retail outlets and Branches.
Install, repair and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and more.
Provide help desk and technical support for non-technical users and clients.
Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems.
Performs quality control and testing of products if needed.
Handling all aftersales and technical issues of product that requires IT support.
Other duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor, or the Department Head
