Manages the entire hardware and software product lifecycle
Maintains and monitors hardware/software inventory database to ensure compliance
Identifies savings opportunities for renewals, software licensing, and services
Track and renew hardware and software maintenance agreements and warranties
Procurement, receipt, inventory and provisioning of software and hardware
Research equipment and software and make recommendations on vendors, manufactures, product versions
Review and revise standard equipment configuration policies
Meter and review software and hardware utilization and make recommendations on requirements
Performs technology research and routine administrative duties as requested
