Acquisition and Deployment
Build report on hardware and software asset reconciliation including licensing, warranty, and maintenance/support contract information.
Compare warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts to assist with asset upkeep, upgrades, repair, and replacement.
Supervise and maintain copies of hardware and software licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts, according to processes and procedures currently in place.
Enter all software and hardware serial numbers or identification tags into FreshService (ITSM) and ensure information is up to date and accurate.
Perform inventories and usage monitoring of all IT assets and record all findings, changes, physical location, and incidences of support.
Effectively communicate asset management strategies to team members and partners in a timely and clear fashion.
Investigate and resolve exceptions and accuracy issues on FreshService.
Operational Management
Analyze user data needs and determine needs resolved through an automated repeatable process.
Prepare transparent standard reports and analyze them to support business needs.
Handle small projects, present results, and meet deadlines by collaborating on multiple projects.
Document business requirements to depict user needs with complimentary technical requirements.
Develop and improve spreadsheets and databases' functionality like usage of forms, templates, and logic functions.
Handle information processed confidentiality and proprietary nature of the database.
Ensure high data quality through regular quality checks.
Offer compliance, customer concerns, operational and supplier audits, data analytics, and sophisticated activity administration daily.
Decompose high-level business needs into functional needs by identifying problems and resolving data needs.
Develop and build data layout like tables, charts, graphs, heat maps, and process flow diagrams.
Extract, filter, and aggregate data through logical queries and basic programming.
