The successfully candidate will interact primarily with internal team members (e.g., Corporate and Sales related department) and external parties (e.g., Vendors). * Ensure that new application systems are implemented smoothly through project and requirements management
Ensure that all IT incidents and charge request are handled in a timely and appropriate manner by managing the Local Help/Service Desk (both internal and external parties)
Ensure smooth systems operations by managing, coordinating or delivering systems maintenance of local systems and ERP
Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Information Technology and Computer Science
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Application development and IT Project Management (SDLC, WBS, Project Charter, etc)
Knowledgeable in SAP (SD, FI, PP, MM process in SAP) Required Skills:
Proficient in MS Office applications
Business Analysis (Workflows, Role & Responsibility Matrix)
Relational Database (SQL statement, Data Modelling using ERD)
Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey information effectively
